Y6 Trip to Youlbury - Resilience and Teambuilding
In October this year, Y6 went on a resilience and teambuilding trip to Youlbury campsite.
We had a great time at Youlbury, enjoying opportunities to teambuild and activities to push ourselves and deepen our resilience. It's not just about the books - outdoor learning and experiences are so important to our development.
From abseiling to aerial crate-stacking, human knots to 'crocodile-infested swamp' navigation, the variety of activities put us all to the test.
Teambuilding, challenge and resilience in action - daring but safe.
A human knot. How do we get out of this one?
Smiling in the face of adversity...that's what it's all about!
Now we're looking forward to the next trips, including a mini activity residential with outdoor activities in the day and active curriculum-based academic lessons in the evening.
