Bayards Hill is an academy, sponsored by the Community Schools Alliance Trust (CSAT). We are a rapidly improving school that recently achieved good Ofsted judgements for Leadership and Managements, Early Years and Behaviour and Safety. Our vision is to be outstanding in every aspect of our work.  We greatly value our teachers and support them with regular weekly PPA and leadership time and high quality professional development opportunities. All teachers also have a class IPad and laptop. Our school is friendly and supportive and our pupils are confident, happy and eager to learn. This vacancy is suitable for NQTs and experienced teachers.  TLRs may be available for candidates who welcome leadership opportunities; equally a generous retention allowance is available for candidates who can demonstrate outstanding practice.
